What to Expect

1) Building Sanitations and PPE: We have purchased hospital-grade sanitation equipment and will take every precaution to clean and disinfect our facility before, during, and after all services. Hand sanitizing stations and masks will be available if you so desire. Masks are required to be worn at all times for volunteers.

2) Revised Service Times: We have revised our service times for the time being. We will offer one service at 10:30 AM. We realize that it may take some time for everyone to feel comfortable gathering in person again and that’s okay. We will continue to offer a high quality, engaging online worship experience for those that choose to continue worshiping at home.

3) Building Capacity: The BF Terry Auditorium is rated for 800 people and we will offer 400 spots for each service, plus our Dream Teamers, as we comply with the Federal and State Regulations. Reservations are no longer required. If you are feeling ill or have a weakened immune system, we encourage you to continue to worship with us online.

4) AB Kids: We are a church that places a high priority on ministering to your kids, the next generation. Kid’s ministry isn’t just childcare or babysitting. Because of this, on Aug 30th, AB Kids will be in full effect for children ages birth – age 4, at a limited capacity. Now, here are a few things that we will be doing to ensure your kids are safe and taken care of: All children will have their temperatures taken at check-in, all AB Kids workers will also be screened and will wear face coverings. If you choose to bring your children into the auditorium, that is okay, please bring an iPad with headphones or activities such as coloring sheets in order to help us maintain a distraction-free environment.

5) Social Distancing: We’ve all heard about Social Distancing, maybe more than we want. We will do our best to follow social distancing protocols and ask you to help us as we do so. I love that we are a high-touch church family, but I don’t feel it would be wise at this time to hug and shake hands. So, when you walk into the auditorium, our ushers will be seating guests every other row in the auditorium and will ask that you keep at least 2 chairs between households. As of now, our Cafe will not be open. We will not have coffee for the first couple of weeks. We’ll reevaluate that as time goes by.
